And here is a preview of a little munchkin I have yet to showcase on the blog! (oops…getting behind again..!)

So….yes, the day has finally arrived. For the last 2 weeks, I have been sulking in this reality that I’m just getting older. But the 30s are the new 20s (so I hear)…so I will try to embrace it.  This morning I woke up from a dream at about 5am. My husband stayed in from work and told me to get ready…that we’re going to New York (ahhh…that’s the highlight of the dream). B/c then I started crying when I realized I had nothing to wear. lol  That’s when I woke up….  No, there wasnt a NYC trip in today’s agenda, and no I wasnt crying over clothes.  Yes, I was still huge and pregnant! lol  But then I started to realize that, wow…I am 30!!!!! I am 30…..married to the love of my life, mother to a daughter that adores me….and that I love more than anything….and carrying a precious life that we have been blessed with…we have a roof over our heads and we are all healthy. Ya know….the little things that we all sooo take for granted every single day.  God has granted me another year of life to enjoy these things, and I only pray that I would live this year glorifying Him in everything!!!

I come back to work refreshed from my time off with my family, it’s Valentines Day, AND it’s my baby’s birthday!!!! So, plenty of reasons to celebrate with a few giveaways! As I was making my way through my daily weekly etsy searches, I came across a little treat! We all love neat decor for our children’s room or play rooms. And we love it even more (some of us), if it has their name on it. A touch of personalization never hurt anyone. I LOVE the new poster prints that are really in now.  THIS etsy shop called  The Paper Tray has a fun twist on the alphabet poster.  Your child’s name just POPs in the middle of it! How fun is that? (check out all their other goodies while you’re there)

You can mat it and use a sleek Ikea frame for a modern look, or you can go crazy and add a vintage look by getting a victorian style frame, spray paint it white or something funky, and having it stand out that way. If you’re not a frame kinda person, you can always have it mounted to a matboard at your local frame shop, and just prop it up on a ledge or shelf. The possibilities are endless, and that’s why I love it!  Ava has an alphabet and number poster in her room, and I have it framed in sleek, white frames…adds so much to her colorful room
