A dear family!

Since I’ve met this family…they have become so dear to me! Wow, who knew a friendship could grow so strongly and so quickly!  Little G is as precious as precious gets, and she’s got quite the mommy/daddy combo! The love in this family is so amazingly refreshing to watch. When mom came to me about the session idea, her thoughts were right down my alley! Something relaxed and fun, where they can love on each other and laugh together…and that’s exactly what we did. And THIS is exactly how they ARE…not just throughout this photoshoot, but all the time…and THIS is why I love them!

Daddy/daughter shots have a special place in my heart!   Please look at those little hands!

Sometime last year, I started adding ‘haze’ to my images…and decided I really liked it even though my true natural style is the more bold color, rich contrast look. To my surprise, I actually got alot of requests for that look and I was so excited because I do love a change every once in a while. I just happen to love this so much that I may just have to implement it more regularly in my editing process. I think sunset sessions already have a naturally hazy feel to them, but this just takes it up a notch and i love it!

 

Now you cant have a session like this and not capture some of the intimate moments. Love that mom and dad are soo into each other as well! And last light of the day is my fav!
