it’s 2010!

Ok…so i’m a few days late in coming to that conclusion, but WOW…i really cannot believe it. We spent New Years at a friends lake house with a bunch of friends…and this was the one time you WANT to be a stuck indoors at the lake.  COLD temperatures, several fire places, HUGE media room, late game nights, and plenty of relaxing. It was the perfect combo! I didnt want to leave, but now all I want to do is sleep b/c those late game/movie nights have definitely caught up with me.  Hope everyone’s holidays were great! I know it’s back to the daily grind for so many of you, and routines are starting to kick us in the bootay!

Speaking of…I have felt like i’ve been kicked in the bootay these last few months. Without a doubt the roughest few months since i’ve gone into business.  A series of unfortunate events have found a home in my life, and I finally have managed to put those behind me and move on. B/c of all this, I was not able to take off most of December like originally planned. I literally worked my you-know-what off until a couple days before Christmas. And I NEED a break (even thought i just sort of had one, lol). But I need time off to get the rest I needed, to gather my thoughts for this coming year (personally and business-wise), and to restructure a few things in my life that need attention. Anyway, ALOT on my mind. With that said, I just wanted to make the announcement that I WILL BE CLOSED until JANUARY 20th.  I will not be checking/answering phone as much as I will be checking email.  I do have several bookings coming through though (way to go early birds!!)…so if you know you want a session anytime soon OR if youre expecting and would like a newborn session, NOW is the time to book. EMAIL ME!  I normally stay booked a few weeks out, and it really kills me when I dont have YOUR desired date available.  I will be putting the calendar back up on the website, but instead of showing my ‘BOOKED’ dates like before, I will now be showing the available dates (which will be removed as they are booked).  Hopefully that will help you in the booking process as you compare calendars.

I hope and pray that everyone has a prosperous and laughter filled 2010!! I pray God’s blessings over each of your homes. I am sooo thankful for each and everyone of you for trusting me in 2009 with cherished moments that you will hopefully hold onto for a lifetime, and then some.  I have been blessed with an amazing group of people that have come into my life this past year.  Thank you thank you!!
