So….yes, the day has finally arrived. For the last 2 weeks, I have been sulking in this reality that I’m just getting older. But the 30s are the new 20s (so I hear)…so I will try to embrace it. 
This morning I woke up from a dream at about 5am. My husband stayed in from work and told me to get ready…that we’re going to New York (ahhh…that’s the highlight of the dream). B/c then I started crying when I realized I had nothing to wear. lol That’s when I woke up…. No, there wasnt a NYC trip in today’s agenda, and no I wasnt crying over clothes. Yes, I was still huge and pregnant! lol But then I started to realize that, wow…I am 30!!!!! I am 30…..married to the love of my life, mother to a daughter that adores me….and that I love more than anything….and carrying a precious life that we have been blessed with…we have a roof over our heads and we are all healthy. Ya know….the little things that we all sooo take for granted every single day. God has granted me another year of life to enjoy these things, and I only pray that I would live this year glorifying Him in everything!!!
