When I say that I had a BLAST with these brothers…that is an understatement. I have photographed them before and was excited when mom told me that they actually asked about getting their pictures done again! Way to go boys!!! Last time I photographed each of the kids individually, so this time it was fun to see these 2 guys together. What a team! Most of you will know them as ‘Big Love’ and ‘Taz’ ;-)
Between my pathetic little Jim Carrey impersonations (which was only funny like the first 2 times, but for some reason I kept doing them), 4-wheelin’, fishing, and even getting a little dressed up….there was never a dull moment. These guys are amazing…and their family…well!! What an inspiration this family is to me…and to so many in this community and even around the country. If you dont know their story, PLEASE visit Sherri’s blog and go to the archives and start from the beginning. Although the blog was started shortly after the loss of their baby boy, Bronner…their testimony and faith have inspired many through Rick’s radio show. Please please tune in if you ever get the chance. You’ll cry, you’ll laugh (maybe even pee in your pants from so much laughter), and you will SO relate to their stories and talks about everyday happenings, news, sports, family, and faith!
And now a word to mom: Sherri, you are an amazing woman! God is using you in so many ways, and I have to thank you for allowing Him to do so! Over the times that we have met about pictures, I walk away with such conviction over me. You and your family are a constant reminder of how God can ONLY do wonderous things….even through the hard and dark valleys we must sometimes go through in life. I see so much strength even in your tears. The peace and strength woven into your being is so beautiful, and that is how God is using you to speak to so many women and touch so many lives. I am blessed to know you and so glad we have crossed paths!
